1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or send an enquiry to Mo Entertainments ("Mo", "we", "us"). By using the site or sending us a brief, you agree to them. If you're acting for a college, company or other organisation, you confirm you're allowed to do so on its behalf.

2. What we do

We book artists (singers, bands, DJs, comedians and more), manage artists, and plan and produce college festivals, concerts, corporate events, private events and brand campaigns across India.

3. Enquiries and quotes

• Sending a brief is free and is not a booking. It doesn't commit you or us to anything.
• We aim to reply within 12 hours. This is a target, not a guarantee.
• Quotes are based on the details you give us and on artist availability at the time. They are valid for 7 days unless the quote says otherwise, and may change if your event details change.
• A booking is confirmed only when we both sign or accept a written quote or contract and the agreed advance has been received.

4. Artists and availability

• Artists shown on this site are acts we have worked with or can approach for bookings. Being listed does not mean an artist endorses us or has agreed to perform at your event.
• Availability, fees and performance requirements (technical rider, hospitality, travel) are set by each artist and their management, and can change until a booking is confirmed.
• The confirmed line-up, set length and deliverables are those stated in your booking agreement.

5. Payments

• Payment terms, including the advance and the balance due date, are set out in your quote or contract.
• Prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes unless the quote says otherwise.
• Artist fees are usually non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, because artists block their dates for you.

6. Changes and cancellations

• If you need to change or cancel a confirmed booking, tell us in writing as early as possible. Charges follow your booking agreement.
• If a confirmed artist cancels, we'll offer a replacement of similar standing where we can, or refund the amount you've paid us for that artist.
• Neither side is responsible for failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government orders, public health restrictions, serious illness or civil unrest. In such cases we'll work with you on a new date or a fair settlement.

7. Your responsibilities as organiser

Unless your agreement says we'll handle them, you are responsible for:

• the venue, and all permissions and licences, including police permission, music licences (such as PPL and IPRS) and any excise permits;
• the safety of the audience, artists and crew, including crowd control and security;
• meeting the artist's agreed technical rider, hospitality and travel requirements;
• giving us accurate information about your event.

8. Content on this site

The Mo name, logo, design and text on this site belong to Mo Entertainments. Event posters and photos belong to the artists, festivals or photographers who made them; we show them to illustrate our work. If you own something on this site and want it credited differently or removed, contact us and we'll act promptly.

9. Using the site

Please don't send false or misleading enquiries, impersonate anyone, send spam, try to break or overload the site, or copy its content in bulk.

10. Liability

• The website is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate, but artist lists, past shows and other information may change without notice.
• We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost ticket sales or lost sponsorship.
• For any booking, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

11. Other websites

Links to Instagram, WhatsApp and other sites are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we're not responsible for them.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless your booking agreement says otherwise. If a booking agreement and these terms conflict, the booking agreement wins.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Confirmed bookings stay governed by the agreement you signed.
