Privacy policy
Last updated 5 November 2026
We collect what you tell us in the booking form or in messages, and use it to reply, quote and run your event. We share it only with the artists, vendors and services needed to do that. We don't sell it, don't run ads on it and don't use tracking cookies. You can ask us to see, fix or delete it at any time.
1. Who we are
Mo Entertainments ("Mo", "we", "us") books artists and produces college festivals, concerts, corporate and private events across India. This policy covers this website and the enquiries you send us through it, on WhatsApp, Instagram, email or phone. For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for this information.
2. What we collect
What you give us in the booking form. Depending on the kind of event, this can include:
- your name, role, and your college, company, brand or act name;
- your phone or WhatsApp number and email address;
- event details: date, city, venue, crowd size, budget, services, artists you want and any notes you add;
- if you're an artist: your stage name, links to your work, fee range and where you can travel.
What you send us directly. Messages, files and details you share on WhatsApp, Instagram, email or calls.
Technical data. Like every website, our hosting provider records basic request logs (IP address, browser type, page requested and time) to keep the site running and secure. Loading the site also requests fonts from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
3. How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry, suggest artists and send you a quote;
- to plan, contract, invoice and run your event, including GST invoicing and vendor registration;
- to send you updates about your enquiry on WhatsApp, if you leave that box ticked;
- if you're an artist, to consider you for shows and get in touch if there's a fit;
- to keep records the law requires, resolve disputes and keep the site free of spam and abuse.
We use your information on the basis of the consent you give when you send us a brief, and where needed to perform a contract with you or meet a legal obligation. We won't use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.
4. Who we share it with
- Artists, their managers and production vendors (sound, stage, travel, hospitality), only the details they need for your event;
- Service providers who run things for us: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (delivering form submissions to our inbox), Google (fonts) and Meta (WhatsApp and Instagram, when you choose to contact us there);
- Authorities or advisers when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our artists or the public.
We never sell your personal data or share it for advertising.
5. Where it's processed
Some of our service providers store or process data outside India, for example in the United States. We use providers with reasonable security practices, and transfers are made as permitted under Indian law.
6. What's stored on your device
We don't set tracking cookies. The site uses your browser's own storage for a few things that stay on your device:
- whether you've already seen the opening animation (cleared when you close the tab);
- your artist shortlist on the Artists page (cleared when you close the tab);
- a copy of the briefs you've sent from that browser, so you can see your reference numbers.
You can clear all of this at any time in your browser's settings for this site.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that don't turn into a booking for up to 24 months after our last conversation, then delete them. For confirmed bookings, we keep contracts, invoices and related records for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. If you ask us to delete your data, we will, except where we must keep it by law.
8. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and who we've shared it with;
- ask us to correct, complete, update or delete it;
- withdraw your consent at any time. This won't affect what we did before you withdrew it, but we may not be able to continue with your booking;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to;
- raise a grievance with us, and if you're not satisfied with our response, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
To do any of this, contact us using the details below. We'll respond within 30 days.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limiting access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send passwords, bank details or ID documents through the booking form.
10. Children
The booking form is meant for people aged 18 or over. If you're under 18, for example a student organising a school or college event, please ask a parent, guardian or staff member to contact us for you.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For significant changes affecting an active booking, we'll tell you directly.
